OFAC Compliance Reporter and Inquiry

INSPECT works as a powerful add-on tool for Response Technology's INVISION Reporting System and/or INSPECT process text files created from other applications (such as trust or lock box software). It can also use a SmartReport to compare the names in your ITI Premier database with the names of the US Treasury's OFAC list and/or the OCC Control list, preparing a list of suspected matches.

The most convenient way to use this tool is with the powerful and comprehensive capabilities of the INVISION reporting tool to generate a list of every name/company in your portfolios and compares these names with names in the OFAC list. Updating the OFAC list is built into the OFAC Compliance Reporter (assuming a connection to the Internet.) Subsequent comparisons can be limited to only the changes in the OFAC list and your CIS database.

INSPECT has the additional capability of comparing your files against the Control List provided by the Federal Reserve on behalf of national law enforcement agencies (FINCEN)

The inquiry mode of the OFAC Reporter can be used against your New Account and Wire Transfer departments for easy and quick inquiries against the OFAC database. The inquiry mode of the OFAC Reporter can be deployed to any personal computer in the bank as it doesn't require a connection to INVISION.
